Once upon a time, participation in Facebook was good for business. And in many cases it still is good for business as long as you’re approved by the pink haired nose ringed Karens sitting behind computers at the FB headquarters. Holistic practices, homeschool curriculum retailers, firearm retailers and even homesteaders that actually cover ALL ASPECTS of homesteading are shadow banned and prevented from a large portion of the Facebook audience from finding them EVEN if they had previously liked their pages.
So what’s the point? What’s the point of staying on a platform that you really can’t play in and use to earn a living? There is no point so I’m not going to waste more time on Facebook when I could be cultivating other possible revenue streams.
I understand completely. I have never belonged to Facebook, but enjoy certain sites like yours ( our family does.). It makes me sick that there is censorship. I wish there was a place for people to share their ministries without censorship. I am not on Twitter, but there was Trump being censored – what happened to free speech? I know – take off my rose colored glasses. Anyhow, I am glad you will be making more videos so we can see what is happening with you all!! We applaud your decision!!
Howdy Zach, I’m not much with computer communications but I did see part of one of your videos, Very cool, I’m writing to share some information in regards to food storage;
When it comes to fresh milk you can store it up to 1 year in a root cellar with the use of hydrogen or magnesium peroxide, this is very old technology, but VERY COOL.
You can pressure can milk. Room temp milk into cool sterilized qt jars into cool water in your pressure canner. Heat on, vent 10 minutes, pressure up to your elevation (10 lbs under 1000 ft, etc.) turn off heat. let pressure come down naturally. leave another 10 mins to prevent siphoning. remove, let sit, cool 24 hrs.
