This is a 2 part series on what we use for our homeschool curriculum on the homestead. This is one of the most asked questions from viewers when we are asked about our homeschooling activities. So we felt a video was needed. You will see very quickly that we do not use a single or boxed curriculum. Jaimie sources and puts together her own studies for the year and tailors the material specifically for our own interest. This can seem like a lot of work and it is. But it’s something Jaimie really enjoys and by doing so, we can find different resources that are best consumed by our children. I mean, lets face it, some materials just don’t work well with certain students as every young person is different.
So the first video is Jaimie takes you though the different study topics and gives an overview of the materials we are using.
The second video is for those wanting help on getting started if they want to also piece together their own curriculum. Also we address where to find materials and how to save on cost.
