The dream of every backyard chef is to have a cold smoker of their very own. A cold smoker is very different than a hot smoker as the temperature should never really get above 80 degrees. But a cold smoker would not only benefit your family with great tasting meats. You could also smoke salts, spices like paprika, or make your own natural liquid smoke.

Our smokehouse is already a big hit here on the homestead and we want to be able to share with you how we built it. Included in this plan kit are 3 pages of photoshop PDF drawings with measurements, and brief instructions. Also included is a full parts list so you know what to pick up at the hardware store the next time you are in town.
