Deer have a habit of finding their way into the garden, so I’ve been using motion sensors, moving objects, and fishing line to make the garden a place they don’t want to stay. 🦌🌱
It’s a simple setup, but it has helped protect the beans, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, and everything else growing out here.
Sometimes keeping the garden alive means getting creative with the problems that keep showing up.
What’s your best trick for keeping deer out of the garden? Share your thoughts in the comments.

My uncle has used fishing line for decades around his garden. I always thought it was a pretty ingenious idea!!! Do you have a lot of problems with snakes with using the black “plastic” (I know not plastic, can’t think of the name)
I have deer everywhere here. They don’t bother to much, but I can’t keep corn because the bears love sitting down in it and pulling the corn to there lazy big butt’s.
Stop putting plastics in your garden!
I know you did the research… but it is, in fact, plastic!
