Alpha-Gal Fixed Without SAAT – Here’s How She Did It!

THE FULL LETTER

Hi Zac,

I’m not certain what information you would like, but I’ll tell you my experience and let you decide what is helpful.

Here’s my story:
In the summer of 2024 I had a tick bite that I missed finding right away and it started to look very ugly. It didn’t have the bullseye they tell you to look for, but streaked out in red wiggly lines about 3-4″ long. Approximately 2 weeks later I started having severe stomach pain and bloating, both symptoms I do not normally have. I started researching gal bladder attacks thinking this might be the cause, but further research pointed me towards Alpha gal, especially after I remembered the tick bite from a few weeks prior. I started tracking my diet to figure out what was triggering the symptoms and quickly discovered it was indeed every time I ate beef and later discovered I also had issues with lamb. I tried several different homeopathic remedies for the digestive distress with little to no improvement. Avoiding meat entirely was the only thing that helped, so I went months without eating beef because the previous pain was so intense I was afraid to risk it. To be clear, I did not have any reaction or symptoms with venison, elk, dairy, fish, chicken or eggs.

I finally got to a point where I was willing to try eating meat again and was encouraged when my symptoms were moderate or mild when I only ate a bite or two of meat. But numerous other attempts even with very small amounts caused a repeat of the intense pain and bloating. At this point every time I would have symptoms the pain would begin in my stomach and travel upward with a constricted feeling at the base of my throat. At times it was alarming. I repeated the same sequence of abstaining for months and then trying a small amount of meat again with similar results.

It wasn’t until the fall of 2025 that a good friend of mine suggested I try some different homeopathic remedies. With homeopathy it can be very helpful to have a medical diagnosis (which I did not have), but you can still just treat the symptoms and have good success. Bovista 200 was chosen to uproot food intolerances and Lycopodium 200 + Arsenicum album 3 was chosen to address the bloating I experienced when I ate meat.

When treating chronic conditions with practical homeopathy (not classical homeopathy), you take the remedy, usually twice daily for 2 months and then reassess. If you’ve had improvement then you know you are on the right track. So that’s what I did with these remedies and within 2 months I started to try meat again. There was a definite shift and I could tell my symptoms were softening. So I continued with the remedies for another 2 months and had so much improvement that I started regularly eating modest portions of meat working my way up to full portions with no symptoms. I now consider myself healed and eat meat 1-2 times a week with no symptoms at all, and would eat it more often if budget allowed.

Some other thoughts:
Homeopathic remedies always go by the latin name of the original material – plant, animal, mineral. So yes, Bovista is made from puff ball mushrooms and that’s important to know, but if you send your viewers looking for homeopathic puffball mushrooms they likely won’t find it.
In case you are interested Lycopodium clavatum is from club moss, and Arsenicum album is from arsenic.
