I live in Maryland. I had two bad trees, meaning dead. I wanted to bring them down. But, I live within 1000 feet of water. I had to apply for a permit, the permit was free. After I got permission, I took the tree down. My neighbor has a massive oak tree that has grown to the point that the roots are growing under his basement. The tree is 2-3ft from his home. The county refused. So his home will eventually be destroyed.
So WHERE in Arkansas is this going on, and why have they not talked about it on the local news and social media?….Is this just click bait, or do you know something you’re not telling us??

Had to get a 2 THOUSAND Dollar Permit that had to comply with their ” 500 year Flood Plan ” AFTER I had the existing Fence extended .
Who the Hell thought you’d need a PERMIT to extend a Fence ?
Had to get a 5500 Dollar Permit to build a Shop on MY Property .
I got OUT of there quickly .
Yep…they do it through UDO. They tried that crap out here in Gosport Indiana. The whole community threw a huge fit and stopped it. The attorney that drew it up changed like $90,000 to try to enslave us.
