Shabbat Shalom,
This Sabbath is Yitro, “Jethro,”
Shemot, “Exodus,” 15:1-20:26;
Isaiah 6:1-7:17 & 9:6-7;
2Corinthians 3:1-18.
Theme: A New Covenant, may we hear with our ears, and understand with our hearts.

I don’t boil my goat milk, but I do bring it up to 210 degrees. I also whisk it often as it’s heating, and as it’s cooling.
I pour in into 1/2 pint jars, add lids, and incubate them in my Excalibur dehydrator.

Exactly like I do it. You took just one capsule. Is this enough?
Just asking to be banned. F YT.
Dude yes. We’ve done this but with goats milk (I still agree with you on goats…they are freaking annoying) also we make clabber cheese too with our war klim.
So how to make yogurt the way everyone else does. Amazing.
THANK YOU for this video!
Why not use high quality pasteurized milk if you’re going to heat the raw milk anyway
for the Whey, if you’re not going to drink it, and you’re homesteading, use it to mix into your cracked grains to make fermented chicken feed.

Thank you Zach
