Zack, could you please share some bread that IS healthy. I just bought some sorghum (gluten free) flour for baking my own bread. My mother has been off all her meds (over 8 months) from keto diet but she loves bread so as her primary care giver I’m trying to come up with some kind of keto friendly bread. I’d love to see you do a video on it.
I appreciate this video as a farmer trying to raise food not crops.
I wish more people would realize their choices drive the food industry. The folks out there need to find a local supply and then consistently purchase from a reputable farmer. Our biggest issue is cash flow selling into this space from lack of consistency. I support folks growing all they can but at the same time we need customers. Great video keep it up. A farmer trying to change agriculture one relationship at a time
So if you can’t recover from a sickness you’re saying continue trying and not to use antibiotics? Last year I had a ear infection leaking fluids out they prescribed a low dose of antibiotics which couldn’t get to the source so they prescribed a different one. I spent almost 6 months dealing with that issue cause I work to much and have a long drive to work not that I needed to neglect it but at times I didn’t have time and they screwed up one time sent my medicine to a different pharmacy. It was a night mare dealing with leaky squishy ear wax… sickening finally the last one did it but since that I take probiotics everyday and been on them but not as much as now but at the time I was taking a GOLI pre/post/probiotic now I do a lot of yogurts, starting to get into cottage cheese but yogurt daily!. And again I started to get the squishy sound in my ear let alone it’s winter time seems to be when this happens…kind of remember when I was a kids I had them issues also..

Im talking about the classical era, the middle ages was different and depended on culture, European was basically F’ed cuz of hygiene Muslims were really good and ran colleges and wasn’t bad to be at if you were…you know.. muslim, or Christian if you paid the tax to be Christian.
With the knowledge we know now, ain’t no excuse the average can’t reach 100 years old if eating whole organic foods and we stop poisoning everything.
Food is medicine, im an herbalist and cured plenty of ppl of things “not curable” woth diet change and medicinal herbs as an aid. These types of ppl need to stfu and stop shoving their “medicine” on everybody else

You can read right on the round up bottle that rain will not wash it away after 24 hours. So there is no way they can wash it off the wheat and corn when they are using it as a drying agent. I am convinced that is where 99% of gluten intolerance issues are coming from. Never heard of gluten intolerance until the last 15-20 years or so. That and genetically modified wheat that is genetically modified to resist BACTERIA and mold. Hmm…..
The reason Pepperidge farm doesn’t have glyphosate is because it has bio engineered ingredients. The wheat itself is an insecticide. I am not ok with that either.
When my child was intubated and nearly died of strep pneumonia, multiple antibiotics saved her life. She is now lactose intolerant, but she is now in her 40s and has given me grandchildren. There are times that antibiotics are life saving.
You can do the same with sunbeam wonder and others.. its all processed bs.. if that bread isnt moldy in a week.. something is wrong.. why do you think other countures. still buy bread fresh. . Yet we have an FDA that takes bribes instead of doing their damn job to protect us.

GRIND YOUR OWN GRAIN . YOU will get the highest NUTRIENTS when bread is made with freshly ground grains .

I make my own breads, but I have no idea if the wheat berries have been sprayed with glyphosate.
