My cows and sheep farts are offset by our own soil carbon sequestration from our pastures and woods. I also don’t use energy from the grid or take private jets. So my carbon use is far below congress critters or blue haired fairies. Carnivore diet here so back to eating more red meat. We currently have a dozen guineas that survived the winter. We dont feed them but sometimes they do steal some corn form from a neighbor feeding his cattle. I have probably a dozen tick bites on each ankle. We have 20 more guineas almost ready to let free. My wife and I feel pulled to the Ozarks. We’ve met with a realtor and that ball is rolling. Either I should back out, or make it my first order of business to get all the guinea fowls money can buy. If your wife can move to the Ozarks with her prior/current Lyme issues, my wife can do the same. Oh, my wife acquired Lyme through a tick bite she got in Mass. Whether it was from a tick or a liberal Mass politician, I don’t know. Probably the same thing.
Also, did you see that Florida is equipping garbage trucks with AI? Stay in the city and get monitored by AI, Flock, etc – or move to the country and monitor how covered in ticks I am. This’ll be fun. I remember watching a video you did out on your property talking about how bad do you want it. You showed your favorite painting of Jamie, doing laundry the old fashioned way. I remember how motivating it was. Would you happen to remember what video that was? I’m collecting sources of motivation to help me with the move. I do want to move to the Ozarks, but I’m also pretty nervous. More nervous than excited, honestly.
