Here is my updated detox tea recipe that I make every morning and drink throughout the day.

4 cups of filtered water
One teaspoon of Cistus Tea from BioPure (in our shop)
One teaspoon dried narrow plantain (dry your own leaves or find supplier but similar tincture in our shop)
One dropper full of Organic Lymphatic Drainage tincture, (in our shop)
One dropper full Milk Thistle seed tincture (in our shop)
Two droppers full ‘Bee&You Propolis Tincture’ (in our shop)
One dropper fill of Cilantro tincture (we made this one)
10 drops of ‘Venom & Sting’ tincture from Home Grown Herbalist
Dropper full of Cornsilk tincture we made ours but similar in our shop)
One dropper full of Mugwort tincture, (we made ours but one in our shop)

Michelle thank you so much for sharing your story, I mentioned in a prior video, I am going through similar issues and it’s all trial and error. But the more I have gotten away from regular medicine and gotten back to natural remedies, things including soaps, cleaning products ect. The better I feel. Anything that your willing to share Im all ears .Thanks again and God bless .
Oh! I learned something new at the age of 68 imagine that! Lol. I never knew that people drank plantain tea. I just picked a bunch of it from the yard yesterday to give to an elderly woman who wanted it for her husband
I love girly feminine things too! As far as herbs go, I plan to use more plantain and milk thistle. I ate a couple young tender plantain leaves the other day, and they were really quite mild and not at all difficult to eat.
I love my well water but wells in east central Indiana there is so much iron in the water. I filter too but I use Aqua Rain filters in my Berkey system. The water is full of minerals too.
Tasmania? ❤️ I’m in Queensland but originally from NSW. One of my school friends who has been a scout leader in Canberra has the same thing as did my sister in law in Sydney. They too have been affected for decades! Your help will be such a blessing to so many people. I have mugwort at my front door and give away pieces to interested locals.
