I’ve been making curry for years. I learned the recipe from a Thai chef. In their recipe the curry paste gets mixed into the sauted onion, garlic and chicken before the liquids to sort of activate the paste with the heat from the pan. It coats the chicken and then just dissolves into the liquid as it cooks. You should try Panang curry paste if you haven’t yet. It’s a bit sweeter and sooo good. 🙂
What is the brand of your friend green curry? Love it.
Looks yummy! A must try!
Really enjoying these cooking recipes.
That looks amazing!
Good job, looks good and healthy. 🙂
Thanks for the recipe. Where do you buy your head covering’s?
Oh I may have to try this and see if my hubs will eat it
I’m guilty of Never having curry (did I even spell that right??). You have convinced me though! Going to get the ingredients and give it a try! Thanks! Great video!
What kind of kitchen knives do you use?
I will definitely try! I love liquid aminos as well! Thank you Jamie! Love your cooking videos ♥️♥️♥️
Was just able to make this tonight. I didn’t have brown sugar so I used maple syrup instead and it turned out great! I added zucchini, broccoli, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. I did the over rice version and it was fantastic! Thanks for the recipe, I never follow one but glad I did this time!
You NEED to try fenugreek in your Green Curry for sure, Vietnamese style. I also add fenugreek to my pasture mix for fodder, it’s a non-bloating legume fixing nitrogen in the soil.
Thank you so much! I had a home in Northern Thailand for 10 years while serving (and after) my USAF career and absolutely love Thai food. I lived in a tiny burg called Chae Hom. I speak fluently and learned to make Thai food at home. I have been wanting to make some again and love green curry paste (even on my eggs with cilantro,) MMMMM. Prayers of healing and health to you!
Don’t know why I didn’t see this earlier but, oh my gosh, this looks incredible!! Apparently, though, must add green curry to my shopping list. Problem is now I’m hungry. Love you guys!!
Thanks again, I really appreciate it because I have IBD and have to learn to grow and
prepare my own food in order to live pain and symptom free.
My family loves green curry. And, I miss Jamie.
Thank you for sharing!!
