This is our second year homeschooling. This is my sixth year coaching a sport. I love coaching; it’s a fun way for me to be involved with something that I love and my kids love. But I don’t want my kids spending more time than they do with some of the kids on the team. About 20% of the kids are homeschooled and in many ways they the best kids on the team.
My son is a single homeschooling dad too. There aren’t many and the homeschool groups aren’t very welcoming. My grandson has adhd and trauma issues related to his mother’s abuse. More dads need to homeschool and support each other. Everything you said about the schools is 100% true. Great tee!

We are doing the book series “Way of the warrior kid” by Jocko Willink. It’s hard for my boys to get engaged when reading books but this one does it.
