Harvard just released a study that claims that seed oils are healthier than butter.

In Europe seed and olive oil is used. In my opinion it all comes down to where you (the individual) comes from and your body is used to.
Hi is peanut butter ok? Just peanut no salt or sugar.
Seed oils aren’t inherently bad, it’s the processing…high temperatures, high pressures, chemical extractants, etc. that ruin them.
Due to that give me fresh butter or some natural oil.
The same Harvard that said fluoride was bad for people in every country except America in 2009.
Nothing is better than butter…except bacon and butter
Well rancid or not it should be added in the bullshit study
Bull shit !!!!….nah butter best
Skull and bones Harvard college keep pushing that wage slave agenda to
I like tortilla chips. I usually buy a local brand. Well they sold out to a larger company based out of California. Those chips that I once loved, I opened the bag and the smell was overwhelming rancid! Those chips tasted as they smelled. Awful! One bite I threw them away! I do not use any seed oils anymore, it is butter, tallow, bacon grease for me. I love snacks, but todays stire snacks are so filled with poisons. I have become an avid label reader. If I can not pronounce an ingredient, I put it back on the shelf. Simple as that.
Not to mention it enhances sunburns.
Sounds good, I may try freeze-drying some using a healthy alternative .. ghee, olive or avacado oil – which seems to be popular for snack foods at Costco.
Doctors and Scientists both agree with the money man. plus they have been wrong more often than I can count.
Seed and vegetable oils don’t even make good lubricants as they turn sticky or poisonously rancid.
This sounds like we need to bring back the Department of Education .. to educate the crazy and corrupt professors.
Hey Grok AI, can you follow the money? Who effectively paid for Harvard to spew this insane study
Actual science would compare apples to apples not apples to oranges.
So, (Bill Gates funded) Harvard, is rancid seed oil better than rancid butter?
I use avacado oil or animal fat, but never seed oil.
My first thought on that study was “follow the money”, We’d been talking about how packaged crackers start smelling like kerosene. YUCK!! We’d wondered what was causing that…rancidity. Thanks for this informative video!!
