  1. Been thinking about them sheep. However.. our little cow herd is enough to deal with. I got the pants in 75% of situations. Ill stand beside what ever he decides and he is a no outsider kind of guy. I really wanted to send some over to Kaleb, but he found a trade, i lost that one, sent young bull and young heffer in trade out of long horn back into angus. She a young’n to be in calf. Wow, will have to really watch that. That’s ok.., plenty to burn and hang out down there. if 4 cows put off girls… ill bring it up again because God is good and knows when is when. Our bull is massive and a good boy. 5, i think. Even have a dwarf one here… “my goodness child will you ever grow?” Cutestest thing ever. She may, her daddy was slow to grow.. so I’m watching and wondering, and hubby has the book. Geeze. Yikes yall.. our old timers sold out and it on gen x now.

  2. I thought Zach didn’t like st Croix. I thought he only liked Katahdins, and a made a whole video about how much he didn’t like the St Croix?

  3. We raise the St Croix as well they are without a doubt the best for our family … do well Sampson

  4. Zac! Well heck, we have a few rams I coulda drove 1600 miles to bring to ya in my special cage I built that fits inside my truck shell on a 4×8 3/4″ plywood. Love the St Croix. We have 29 ewes and 3 rams to rotate. Yeah that’s fun… eighbors have goats so we’re pretty fortunate.

  5. That was fun to see you out on the Homestead. Don’t know much about lambs but we sure enjoy our goats.

  6. We enjoy both of our herds. Meat/hair herd and the wool/dairy herd. Pray the ram does well for you.

  7. Unless im seeing things from a different angle it appears youre driving on the right side of the vehicle. Are you Bri-ish?

  8. Zach, is it ok to leave the ram in with the flock if he breeds his daughters? Should I separate them and use another ram? He looks friendly, blessings.

  9. Maybe you should have
gotten a ram with shorter hair.
Greg Judy has hair sheep (central Missouri).

  10. We helped raise our greatniece. She said she could tell the difference between homegrown meat and store bought.
Now that she is grown and moved out, she wants to at least raise her own chickens.
She learned how delicious deer, rabbit, other game meat tastes. She says that her health is not what was due to the junk that goes into commercial food
