Picled pumpkins is a treat here in norway. Use it with meat. Or we make pumpkinjuice for hot days. 🙂 All the best from me in Norway.
We are going to try to grow allot more winter squash this year Thank you for the tips.
great demonstration
Just a thought, instead of an electric immersion blender, try an egg beater! If you use it in cooked squash it’ll do the trick!
Thank you for putting up this video. It was something I needed to see. Great job my friend.
GOD’S JOY
Those look great
Mmm… pumpkin pie!
Is anyone else admiring the Spring Blossom dishes in the background?
Do these grow on a vine like pumpkin or like zucchini? How much time is needed to grow, we have a short growing season here in Alaska.
Do you know the name of your white dishes and cups with the green daisy trim on them?? My grandmother had that same set and I grew up eating some of the best food ever on those plates and eating homemade ice cream out of her bowls! However after she passed, almost a decade ago, another relative got the set. I would love to hopefully find a set of my own…anyway you could help a girl out?? Thanks!
That is a beautiful lady you got there Doug. Love your channel. Keep up the great work.
You’re ready for the Tall American Canner. 14-qt.
When you added your water, did you use cold filtered water?
Thank you for this recipe! We had ordered these seeds from you all and I didn’t know what to do with it.
Love this video! Enough that I subscribed. Thanks so much for sharing this.
You should invest in a sunoven. All you need to do is wash the outside of the pumpkin, cut it just enough to fit into the pan and leave it in the oven. No need for water. The taste is the best and you can scoop it out and put it in a jar. Blessings
Thanks for sharing. How long do you process in pints vs quarts?
I don’t have a pressure canner. Would water bath work as well?? I dehydrate, but haven’t dehydrated squash/pumpkin.
I pressure canned pumpkin today 🙂 i never saw one like this.! So nice and orange, mine was a dull orange. i use it after for puree soup, and pumpkin bread
